Mite Player of the Week
PATRICK BROWNE - Beginner Mite Team
Patrick is a pleasure to coach! He's always eager to learn and works hard every time he's on the ice. With his hard work, and calm, but determined personality, he sets a great example for the other kids on his team. Patrick is very solid on his feet and controls the puck well. Even against the bigger kids, he almost always comes out with the puck! His efforts paid off recently when he scored his first, and second goal in the same game!

Favorite thing to do when not playing Hockey: He loves the TV show Chicago Fire, Alaska Frontier and Tree House Masters. Loves building Legos, going camping and hunting.
Patrick is very athletic, loves playing all sports, especially hockey and baseball and being outside. He loves to help with chores and being very helpful. He loves to do projects with his Dad!
Squirt Player of the Week
MAX WRIGHT - Squirt A Team
Over the past two weeks Max has put in great effort at practices and games. It paid off as Max scored a goal versus Hyland Hills in a 5-2 win. He is a first year squirt players and plays with confidence. Max brings contagious energy to the team. He is very coachable and has improved tremendously this season. His development is a direct reflection of his work ethic and love for playing hockey.
Max has become a leader to the team through his hard work and ability to apply what he is taught in games. He leads by example. He battles every shift and is a competitor.

Pee Wee Player of the Week
CODY WILSON - Pee Wee AA Team
Cody always brings his game to practice and tries to make himself and his teammates better everyday. This week Cody stepped up to play with the U13 AAA team in their weekend series against Omaha. Cody fit right in with the team, playing pretty solid defense against much bigger players. He was able to hold his ground over the weekend and even got a chance to get even grittier and try some full-on checking to add to his hockey skill set.
Cody has the great attitude you look for in every player. He loves coming to the rink and getting better. He comes focused, ready to work, and gives his max effort every rep.

Right now the best thing about Cody is that he recovered so quickly from this very strange illness that put him in the hospital for numerous days searching for answers. He has recovered and feels very thankful! Great to have you back well and on the ice Cody!!
Bantam Player of the Week
JAYDEN NIEMAN - Bantam AA Team
Jayden has an impact in every game he plays. Although it might not be on the stat sheet every game, but you can count on him to go hard everywhere he goes, read the play, do the right things, and get to the dirty areas and battles. This past weekend, Jayden played 3 games with the U14 AAA team and brought the same work ethic to their team and had an impact on the other players. As a 2001 birth year player, Jayden has shown he is a top prospect for the Rampage.
Jayden is always in the gym putting in the hours to become a better player. Jayden understands how important off-ice training is to his abilities on the ice and puts a high value on his work in the gym.
