Native to Colorado Springs where he spent his early years playing youth hockey, Luke Fulghum played his junior career for the Waterloo Blackhawks and the Dubuque Fighting Saints in the United States Hockey League (USHL). After juniors, Fulghum went on to play for the University of Denver where he won back to back national titles in 2004-2005. Fulgham was then signed by the Toronto Maple Leafs and played for both The AHL and ECHL Affiliate clubs for ten years. He also spent four years playing in the European professional hockey league. Luke closed out his professional career playing for both the Colorado Eagles (ECHL) and the Denver Cut Throats (CHL), where he later on became a player assistant coach for the cutthroats. 

Luke Fulghum now serves as Director of Tier 1 hockey for Colorado Rampage and also as Head Coach of both the 18U AAA and 16U AAA Rampage Tier 1 Elite teams. Luke is a full-time coach at Monument Hockey Academy and brings experience and knowledge of the game from the highest levels.
