Over this past weekend three Rampage Alumni won league championships with JJ Crew winning the CCHA with his Western Michigan squad winning over powerhouse Michigan and Kyle DeLaurell and Jake Musselmen capturing the Atlantic title over RIT.
The 6 alumni playing this weekend in the sweet 16 are Josh Holmstrom UMASS Lowell, JJ CrewWestern Michigan, Tom Serratore University of Minnesota, Jake Musselmen Air Force, Matt TabrumUniversity of Denver and Kyle Delaurell Air Force. Air Force faces off against 2010 national champion Boston College, University of Minnesota plays Boston University, Denver plays Ferris State, UMASS Lowell plays Miami and Western Michigan meets North Dakota in first round NCAA matchups.
