Al Pedersen has been with the Colorado Sports Center since December 2002, and he has been an important part of both CSC and the Rampage  program's growth. He has coaches at every level and runs all the youth learn to play hockey programs and adult recreational leagues at the rink.  

In his expanded role, Al will oversee all aspects of business development for the rinks, staff development and facility improvements and operations.  He will continue to oversee the rec hockey programs and build upon this base of programming, ensuring the facility is a family friendly and community environment.  

Austin Fink has been named Manager at CSC. Austin, a native of Colorado, has been part of the rink operations for the past 5 years, initially starting as a Zam driver. Austin, an avid hockey player growing up, came to the rink with a love for the sport of hockey and working to make the center one for all customers to enjoy.

Chris Myers has also been named as a Manager. Raised in Colorado, Chris managed the indoor turf field at CSC for 3 years prior to driving the Zam  and working facility projects the last 2 years. With a love for the challenge of rink life and the want to improve the facility for customers, Chris was named manager. He has been attending UCCS for a Biology degree and will finish in the fall.

Chris and Austin will primarily focus on the facility operations, improvement projects, maintenance and to coordinate the facility's staff service team.
