Get to know the fundamentals of body contact and checking.  Learn how to properly give and receive a body check and utilize your body and contact to protect the puck and win battles.  Learn how to apply this awareness and skills in game situations.   

Perfect for 12U to prepare them for more contact of the 12U level and for the progression to the 14U level.  Highly recommended for those going into 14U and those wanting to continue to learn to check and receive checks. 

Players appropriately grouped by coaches with ability, safety, technique and contact awareness emphasized.

Along with learning these key skills, players will have a chance to practice these skills at game speed during the battle portion of the clinic.
