The will to succeed.

Lone Star Brahma's captain, and Rampage Alumni, Sean Giles has committed to NCAA D1 school Robert Morris.

"You’ve [Andrew Sherman and the Colorado Rampage] provided me with opportunities in season as well as with your tremendous summer program to reach my potential, and it’s so rewarding today to look back and realize what I’ve accomplished." Sean Giles said of the Rampage program and his past coach Andrew Sherman.

Giles has truly reaped the benefits of the development offered by the Rampage, playing for the club from 2011-2014 before moving on to play for the Lone Star Brahmas of the NAHL. The 6'2" 185lb D man played high minutes and developed with the Rampage for those 3 crucial years. This helped Giles prepare to play at the next level. In his first season with the Brahmas, Sean played a staggering 60 games, suiting up for 50 during the season and backing the team on D for another 10 in the playoffs. Playing 57 regular season games for the Brahmas this past season, and tallying an impressive 18 points on the back end, it is easy for Robert Morris to get excited about the strong skating and highly competitive leader.

"[Rampage] concepts have helped me through adversity when I overthink things and I want you to know how much I appreciate it. " Giles has learned greatly from the Rampage concepts of grit, growth, and compete, having learned extensively from coaches Andrew Sherman and Pat Bingham during his time with the club.

"[The] philosophy to be better today than yesterday has motivated me for years, and I don’t know where I would be without it." Sean Giles will suit up for Robert Morris for the 2016-2017 season, after spending his summer training hard once again with the Colorado Rampage.
