Jack Suter Commits to Amherst

Rampage alumni and USHL vet, Jack Suter will wear the maroon and white of the UMass Amherst Minutemen for his college career. The 6'0" 190 lb forward posted an impressive 40 points with the Sioux Fall Stampede in his second season in the USHL, winning a Clark Cup at the end of his first. Though, putting pucks in the net is not a new experience for Jack. Over 2 years with the Rampage Jack had 80 points including 38 goals and 42 assists. With a keen hockey sense on the ice, Jack uses his strength to take control of the play and create opportunities on every inch of the ice. It was an easy decision for the Minutemen to commit to Jack, his versatility in play and leadership skills are an enormous asset and strong addition to their roster. Jack, a Nebraska native, is very excited for the opportunity to play at the next level. With a strong appreciation for the lesson's he learned playing for the Colorado Rampage, Jack will go on to play for the Amherst Minutemen following his aspirations to play professional hockey.
