Bo Hanson named Muskegon Lumberjacks' Captain

Bo Hanson is in his 3rd year with the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL, and this season he will step on the ice as the team's Captain. The 6'2" 200lb defensemen has been a key player for the Lumberjacks these past 3 seasons, being a dominant force in the D-zone, owning the Muskegon netfront with his physical play. Bo played for the 16U AAA Rampage under Pat Bingham before going on to play in the USHL as a 17 year old. Bo was drafted in the second round of the USHL draft in 2014, #25th overall. As a veteran defensemen in the USHL, Bo turns the heads of Division 1 and Professional team scouts with his ability to win battles and makes plays at the high intensity and fast pace of the USHL. Bo contributes some of his success in the USHL to the training he does every off-season with the Rampage during their spring and summer programs. 

"I would say the company I'm around and coaching has really contributed to my leadership and success" Bo had to say about the Rampage program and off-season training. Bo spends time alongside other Rampage alumni, many of whom play Tier 1 and 2 Junior A hockey as well as NCAA Division 1 and Division 3.

The Rampage are excited to see Bo continue to succeed at the USHL level as he strives to commit to a Division 1 team this season.
